AI training for teams

AI that makes room.

Learn to use AI to reduce time-consuming screen work and make more room for attention, creativity and independent thinking. Tailored training for teams that already use AI or want to get started.

No commitment. An initial idea or learning goal is enough.

For your team

Start with the work you want to improve.

  • For teams that want to use AI in their work
  • Practice with your own work and agreements on applying what you learn
  • In Dutch or English, in person
  • Programme, duration and a fixed price after a short introduction

Familiar work

Another draft. Another tab. When is it good enough?

Your team uses AI but keeps polishing drafts. Ideas multiply while nobody knows which to choose. Or a convincing answer turns out to depend on an unchecked assumption. These are the situations we practise with.

Three skills. Your work determines the emphasis.

01 · Attention

Finish the task.

Handle a recurring task more effectively, check the result and decide when the work is finished. Explore where unnecessary screen work can be reduced.

02 · Creativity

Keep your own ideas in view.

Develop your own ideas first, use AI to explore other perspectives and make a selection you can explain.

03 · Judgement

Can you explain your choice?

Recognise assumptions, assess AI output and explain what you accept, change or reject. People remain responsible.

An original practice example

From rough notes to a useful team update.

The task. Turn these fictional notes into a three-sentence update: “Pilot starts Monday. Two colleagues testing. Client approval? Still need to ask.”

The check. Suppose the AI draft says: “With the client’s approval, we start the pilot on Monday.” It reads smoothly, but approval is unconfirmed. Compare the draft with the source and flag that assumption.

The human choice. You write: “We aim to start on Monday. Two colleagues will test it. First, we will ask the client for approval.” Decide who will ask, and stop rewriting once the facts, recipient and next step are clear.

Process and price

A programme that fits your team.

Every training is adapted to your learning goals, group size and working situation. After a short introduction, you receive a programme and a fixed tailored price. The proposal sets out duration, preparation, travel costs and any follow-up in advance.

During the intake we discuss what you want to learn, the work you do and your current experience. You then receive a concrete proposal. Once agreed, we practise with your own work and make agreements on applying what you learn.

Keep thinking independently

AI can contribute intelligence. It cannot carry responsibility.

We explore what AI can contribute and what you want to remain able to do yourselves. Attention, creativity and judgement are skills to practise, even as technology takes on more work.

FAQ

What to know before you enquire.

Which teams is the training for?

For teams that want to use AI in their daily work and strengthen their attention, creativity and independent thinking. Arranging the training? We will discuss the learning need, the participants’ work and their experience.

What do we practise during the training?

Together we choose the emphasis: handling and checking a recurring task, developing and weighing your own ideas, or recognising assumptions in AI output and explaining your choices. Every training includes practice with your own work and agreements on how to apply what you learn.

Do participants need previous AI experience?

No. During the intake we discuss experience levels, available tools and your rules for using work information. We adapt the exercises accordingly.

How long is the training and what does it cost?

Every training is adapted to your learning goals, group size and working situation. After a short introduction, you receive a programme and a fixed tailored price. The proposal sets out duration, preparation, travel costs and any follow-up in advance.

Does the training guarantee time savings?

Reducing unnecessary screen work is a learning goal. We examine concrete tasks to see where AI helps and where your own attention remains necessary. The training does not guarantee time savings or a lasting reduction in screen time.

Where does the training take place, and in which language?

In person, in Dutch or English. We agree on the location, group size and practical facilities during preparation.

Can we request a Leadership Day for our management team?

Yes. A Leadership Day is available as tailored training for a management team. We adapt the programme to your AI decisions, human judgement and responsibility.

How do I request training?

Use Request a booking. Your name, email address and what the team wants to learn or change are enough. Add your organisation, group size and possible timing if you know them. There is no commitment; an initial idea or learning goal is enough.

An initial learning need is enough

Where could your team make room?

Tell me what you want to learn or change. We will discuss a programme and scope that fit. There is no commitment.

Want to get a room thinking first? The keynote on AI and human thinking can be a starting point. Training then helps a team practise with those ideas.
