AI keynote for senior leaders
Timeless thinking for an artificial age.
A provocative journey through philosophy, history and AI. For leaders who want to move beyond hype, protect human capacity and take full ownership of the decisions they make.
We automate work before understanding what that work develops in people.
The visible gain is efficiency. The hidden price can be lost creativity, intuition, independent thought, connection and tacit knowledge.

Signature keynote
From the Stoics to Silicon Valley
AI is usually introduced as a race for speed and efficiency. This keynote zooms out. It asks what kind of humans and organisations our choices are producing, and which responsibilities leaders can never delegate.

AI can contribute intelligence. Humans must own the decision.
A tool can analyse, challenge and propose. The leader still has to understand the reasoning, explain the why, make the choice and carry the consequences.
If you cannot explain an AI-supported decision, you are not ready to approve it.
