Leadership Day for boards and management teams

Zoom out before you automate.

One day around one consequential AI decision. We test it against your organisational purpose, the intended human outcome and the long-term consequences. You leave with a decision the team can understand, explain and own.

For whomLeadership Day

Leaders automate work before they understand what that work develops in people.

The visible gain is speed. The hidden cost can be lost creativity, intuition, independent thought, connection and tacit knowledge.

€4,950 · One day · English or Dutch

01

One decision. Full ownership.

per Leadership Day

Afterwards there is an explicit choice about where AI helps and where it does not, plus clarity about which human capability must be preserved or strengthened.

Not a tools workshop

This is not prompt training or an off-the-shelf AI roadmap. You bring a real leadership question. AI may help analyse information, generate alternatives and challenge assumptions. The leaders determine the purpose, understand the reasoning, make the decision and own the consequences.

Three questions for one real AI decision.

The fundamentals test

01 · Organisational purpose

Why does your organisation exist?

Does this decision serve what the organisation truly exists to do?

02 · Human outcome

What should this create for people?

What does this decision create or weaken for people, society and community?

03 · Long-term consequences

What must people remain capable of?

Which human capabilities do we build with this decision, and which do we erode?

Complementary intelligence

AI contributes. Humans decide.

AI can analyse, propose, challenge and remove unnecessary drudgery. Leaders set the intent, bring creativity and intuition, understand the reasoning, choose, explain and own the consequences.

If you cannot explain an AI-supported decision, you are not ready to approve it.

How the day moves.

Built around your decision

Before

Define the real decision

We sharpen the question, context and people affected before entering the room.

During

Expose assumptions and consequences

The team zooms out, tests alternatives and names the human capacities at stake.

After

Own and explain the choice

You leave with shared reasoning and a decision leaders can defend without hiding behind the tool.

Practical details

Questions before you start.

What is different afterwards?

Your management team has shared language, an explicit choice about where AI helps and where it does not, and clarity about the human capacity that must be preserved or strengthened.

Who is it for?

Boards and management teams that face a consequential AI choice. The work starts with a real leadership decision, not a generic tool introduction.

How long is it and what does it cost?

A full day lasts eight hours and costs €4,950 excluding VAT. Half-day and multi-day formats are available on request.

Can it be held in English?

Yes. The Leadership Day is available in English or Dutch and takes place on location.

What if the underlying issue is team dynamics?

AI often accelerates tensions that were already present. The day makes the layer beneath the strategy discussable, so the team can choose from shared intent.

Bring one real decision

Which AI choice is already on your table?

Start with the decision, not the tool.
