Kort verhaal: ik gebruik je gegevens om je aanvraag te beantwoorden en, alleen met jouw toestemming, om te begrijpen hoe de site wordt gebruikt.

Wat ik verzamel

Als je een formulier op deze site invult: de antwoorden die je geeft. Naam, e-mail, organisatie, en als je die invult je telefoonnummer, plus wat je hebt geschreven over je vraag. Niets dat je niet zelf hebt ingetikt.

Wat ik ermee doe

Ik gebruik het om je te antwoorden. Voor een keynote-, Leiderschapsdag- of coaching-aanvraag: om te kunnen bepalen of het past en je een voorstel te sturen. De nieuwsbrief (Tijdreizigers) loopt via Kit; inschrijven en uitschrijven gebeurt daar, en deze site verwerkt daar niets van.

Met wie ik het deel

De e-mail loopt via Resend, een mail-bezorgdienst. Zij zien de inhoud zoals elke mail-server dat doet, en bewaren het log dertig dagen. Voor metingen en eventuele marketing gebruikt de site Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics en advertentietags krijgen alleen de toestemming die jij in de privacy-instellingen geeft.

Hoe lang ik het bewaar

Tot een aanvraag is afgehandeld, plus een redelijke termijn voor follow-up. Resend logt mails dertig dagen. Daarna leeft je bericht alleen in mijn persoonlijke mailbox, en die ruim ik op als een dossier dicht is.

Je rechten

Wil je weten wat ik over je heb opgeslagen, of wil je dat ik het verwijder? Mail naar [email protected]. Ik antwoord binnen een week.

Cookies en metingen

Functionele opslag voor je taal- en privacyvoorkeur is altijd actief. Google Consent Mode staat standaard op geweigerd voor analyse, advertentiemeting en personalisatie. Zolang je geen toestemming geeft, worden daarvoor geen Google-cookies geplaatst; Google-tags kunnen wel cookieloze toestemmings- en meet-signalen ontvangen. Geef je toestemming, dan kunnen Google Analytics en bijbehorende Google-diensten cookies of vergelijkbare identifiers gebruiken voor de gekozen categorieën. Daarnaast gebruikt de site cookieloze bezoekerstelling via Cloudflare.

Je kunt je keuze op ieder moment wijzigen via de knop ‘Privacy-instellingen’ linksonder op de site.

Short story: I use your data to reply to your request and, only with your permission, to understand how the site is used.

What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site: the answers you give. Name, email, organisation, and your phone number if you choose to leave it, plus what you wrote about your question. Nothing you didn't type yourself.

What I do with it

I use it to reply. For a keynote, leadership-day or coaching request: to decide whether it fits and to send you a proposal. The newsletter (Tijdreizigers) runs through Kit; subscribing and unsubscribing happens there, and this site processes none of it.

Who I share it with

Email goes through Resend, a mail delivery service. They see the content the way any mail server does, and keep the log for thirty days. The site uses Google Tag Manager for measurement and potential marketing. Google Analytics and advertising tags receive only the consent you provide in the privacy settings.

How long I keep it

Until a request is handled, plus a reasonable follow-up window. Resend logs mails for thirty days. After that your message lives only in my personal mailbox, and I clean that up when a file closes.

Want to know what I have stored about you, or want me to delete it? Mail [email protected]. I reply within a week.

Cookies and measurement

Functional storage for your language and privacy preference is always active. Google Consent Mode defaults to denied for analytics, advertising measurement and personalisation. Until you consent, no Google cookies are placed for those purposes; Google tags may still receive cookieless consent and measurement signals. If you consent, Google Analytics and related Google services may use cookies or similar identifiers for the categories you selected. The site also uses cookieless visitor counting through Cloudflare.

You can change your choice at any time using the ‘Privacy settings’ button at the bottom left of the site.
